Registration – How do I sign up?
+Registration on the Plexico.io platform is available by referral link only. If you don’t have one, you can request it from an existing user or contact our support team.
The registration process consists of two steps:
Step 1: Fill in the required fields
Provide the following information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Username
- Email Address
- Country
- Phone Number
Step 2: Create a password
- Choose a password
- Confirm the password
After successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided.
Login – How do I access my account?

- Your account password
- Click the “Log In” button
- Complete additional verification, depending on your selected security method:
- Email confirmation
- 2FA (Google Authenticator)

How can I reset my account password?

- Enter the email address you used during registration and click “Recover”

How can I protect my account?

- Do not share your login credentials (email and password) with anyone — even friends, acquaintances, or supposed support representatives
- Use a strong password — it should be unique and include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) — this significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access. In your account, go to the “Profile” tab, then the “Security” section. You can choose one of the following methods:
- Email-based verification
- Google Authenticator app
- Telegram bot

Verification
What verification levels are available?
+There are two verification levels:
- Basic Level (1 LVL): Grants access to the platform’s core features and takes just a few minutes to complete.
- Advanced Level (2 LVL): Requires additional documents to increase transaction limits and unlock advanced features. The process may take anywhere from several hours to a few days.
What are the verification-related limitations?
+Investment limit (all products combined): up to $10,000 per month.
The deposit limit for a new account is capped at $10,000. Product value can only grow through reinvestment.
To increase limits, you must complete Basic Level 1 LVL verification.
Why is account verification required?
+Account verification is required to confirm the investor’s identity, protect funds from unauthorized access, and comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations — which is especially important when working with digital assets.
Deposits / Withdrawals
How can I deposit funds?
+Deposits are made through your personal account. The platform supports multiple currencies: BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC (more assets will be added soon).
To top up your balance, follow these steps:
- In your personal account, go to the "Finances" tab.
- Select the currency you want to deposit.
- Enter the deposit amount.
- Click “Top up balance”.
- Complete the transfer using the provided payment details.
- Click the “Confirm” button.
- Wait for the funds to be credited to your account. Once credited, the balance can be checked in the “Dashboard” section. Conversion to PUT is performed automatically.
How can I withdraw funds?
+To withdraw funds, follow these steps:
- In your personal account, go to the "Finances" tab.
- Select the desired currency and click “Withdraw”.
- In the pop-up window, choose the payment details to which you would like to withdraw the funds.
- Enter the withdrawal amount in PUT:
- PUT will be automatically converted into the selected currency.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 PUT.
- Double-check all entered information and click “Withdraw”.
- Wait for the funds to be transferred to your specified wallet.
What is the withdrawal processing time?
+The withdrawal request processing time is up to 72 hours from the moment the request is submitted. Weekends are not included in this timeframe. In most cases, the funds are credited faster; however, during peak periods or if additional verification is required, the processing time may reach the stated limit.
Transfers / Currency Exchange
Can I transfer funds to my partner?
+Yes, you can transfer funds from your balance to your partner’s balance directly in your personal account under the “Finance” section.
The transfer fee is 1 PUT.
Products and Investment Opportunities
What is PUT?
+PUT (Plexico Utility Token) is the platform’s internal unit of account. It is always equal to 1 USD and is used exclusively within the system for balance display and product operations. PUT is not a cryptocurrency token and is not intended for exchange trading.
What is “Product Opening” on Plexico?
+“Product opening” is the process of activating your investment participation on the platform. From the moment a product is opened, your funds begin working under the selected investment strategy, and you start earning returns on your investment.
Rules for opening “Daily Flow” and first profit payout
+Conditions for Product Opening:
- To open a product, a minimum balance of 100 PUT is required on the account.
Opening Fees
- The fee for opening a product is 1.5%.
First Profit Payout
- If the product is opened before 2:00 PM UTC, the first payout will be made the day after tomorrow at 12:00 PM UTC.
- If the product is opened after 2:00 PM UTC, the first payout will be made in three days at 12:00 PM UTC.
Profit payout frequency in “Daily Flow”
+- Payouts are processed at 12:00 PM UTC and reflect profits from the previous trading day.
- Monday to Friday: Profits are credited daily.
- Saturday: Profits from Friday are credited.
- Monday: Profits from both Saturday and Sunday are credited.
Deposit Consolidation conditions for “DailyFlow” Products
+Eligible Deposits for Consolidation
- DailyFlow products can only be consolidated with other DailyFlow products.
Deposit Consolidation Terms
- During deposit consolidation, the original deposits are technically closed, and a single new deposit is opened with the combined principal amount.
- All previously accrued profit is preserved after consolidation.
- If auto-reinvestment was enabled on at least one of the deposits, auto-reinvestment will be enabled automatically after consolidation. If auto-reinvestment was disabled on all deposits, it will remain disabled.
- A single product can be consolidated no more than three times.
- Upon consolidation, the deposit term is reset. The consolidated deposit operates as a new product.
How does auto-reinvestment work?
+Auto-reinvestment automatically uses accumulated profits to open a new product or increase the level of an existing one. This helps increase overall investment turnover and potential bonuses.
Early closure in “Daily Flow”
+All investment plans on the platform are open-ended, meaning they do not have a fixed term. However, you may initiate early closure after a minimum of 180 days from the product’s activation date.
Early closure terms:
- The option to close early is available only after 180 days of activity
- A fee applies for early closure — the shorter the product duration, the higher the fee
- The closure process can take up to 14 business days
LifeFlow Product Opening Rules and Profit Accrual
+Product Opening Conditions
- To open the product, a minimum balance of 500 PUT is required on the account.
Product Opening Fees
- The opening fee is 1.5%.
First Profit Accrual
- The first profit accrual occurs after one month and one week (approximately 37 days).
Conditions and Features
- The user independently selects the desired goal or target deposit amount.
- Until the selected goal is reached, the user chooses what portion of the profit to receive. The remaining portion of the income is automatically reinvested and increases the deposit principal.
- The product becomes active on the day following the crediting of funds to the deposit account.
- Payouts are made weekly, every Monday. The number of weeks does not affect the total amount — you always receive your full monthly target.
- A term bonus for the deposit placement applies, ranging from 2.5% to 15% added to the total final yield.
Early Closure in “LifeFlow”
+Early closure is not available for the “LifeFlow” product.
Affiliate Program
How to Activate the Referral Program?
+To start earning referral rewards, you must meet one key requirement:
- Open a deposit with a minimum amount of 100 PUT.
Meeting this condition activates your referral program, and rewards will begin accruing for each referred partner who meets the participation requirements.
What is First Month Boost?
+First Month Boost is an activity bonus for new partners. It provides a reward of 100 PUT for the first 5,000 PUT of personal turnover and 200 PUT for each subsequent 10,000 PUT of personal turnover.
This bonus is paid in addition to the company’s main referral program.
How can I unlock higher commission levels without referrals?
+You can reach advanced commission tiers — 7.5% and 9% — through personal investment alone.
However, please note:
- A personal deposit allows you to access Level 3 or 4 even if your team hasn’t met the required turnover.
- Rank-up bonuses are not awarded for levels gained through personal investment — they are granted only when the team’s total turnover reaches specific thresholds.
Requirements for rank advancement via personal deposit:
- Level 3 (7.5%) — personal investment between 1,000 PUT and 2,499 PUT
- Level 4 (9%) — personal investment of 2,500 PUT or more
This means you can progress within the affiliate structure independently, based solely on your own contributions. However, rank-up bonuses will only apply once your team meets the required volume.
What is the Monthly Leadership Bonus?
+The Monthly Leadership Bonus is a reward for leaders of Level 6 and above, based on total organizational turnover. It provides an additional payout ranging from 2% to 8%, depending on the partner’s turnover.
- The bonus is calculated based on the actual turnover for the calendar month.
- Payments are made on the 1st of each month at 12:00 PM UTC.
- The bonus is determined by the difference in percentage between the Leader and their subordinate partners.
Can someone refer partners without investing?
+Yes, users can share their referral link and invite new partners even without making a deposit. But keep in mind:
- Without an active investment product of at least 100 PUT, the affiliate program remains inactive
- This means no referral commissions will be paid for your partners’ investments until you meet the minimum deposit requirement
So while referrals are allowed without investing, to earn commissions, you must first activate your affiliate status with a 100 PUT deposit.
How are referral commissions calculated?
+Referral rewards are credited when a referred partner opens a DailyFlow or LifeFlow product, as well as when they use auto-reinvestment. Only upline partners who have an active product and the corresponding marketing level are eligible to receive these rewards.

Don’t forget to save your changes. Please note that some fields may become non-editable after initial entry. If you need to update those, contact customer support.
